1. Our Service Standards
As Insurance Architects, we structure solutions that align with your objectives for Protection, Growth, and Impact.
Our Promise to You:
- Client-First Standard: We act in your best interest, prioritizing your objectives and aspirations above our own or those of any insurer.
- Collaborative Focus: While we specialize in insurance, we collaborate with your other professional advisors (tax, legal, investment) to ensure our strategies integrate seamlessly into your holistic financial picture.
- Clarity & Options: We present clear options tailored to your unique situation. We will explain the rationale behind every strategy, including the pros, cons, and costs, so you can make informed decisions.
2. Professional Independence
Advisory services are provided personally by Promod Sharma, ensuring professional accountability.
Service Area & Licensure
We provide advisory services to clients in Ontario, British Columbia, Alberta, and Saskatchewan.
- Insurance advice and transactions are conducted by Promod Sharma (FSA, FCIA), who is licensed as a Life and Health Insurance Agent in these jurisdictions.
Market Access (Insurers)
We maintain independence from any single financial institution. We leverage our partnership with a leading Managing General Agency (PPI) to access products from Canada’s top-tier insurers, including BMO Insurance, Manulife, Sun Life, and others.
Compensation Transparency
We believe in removing barriers to advice.
- Complimentary Discovery: There is no cost for our initial discovery and design process.
- Commission-Based: We are compensated directly by the insurance carrier only if you take delivery of an insurance policy.
- Full Disclosure: A comprehensive regulatory disclosure listing specific license numbers and all insurer relationships will be provided in our formal Engagement Agreement should we decide to work together.
3. Privacy, Data & Technology
We leverage modern digital infrastructure to deliver a seamless client experience while maintaining rigorous standards for data security.
Digital Tools & Data Residency
To provide a seamless experience, we utilize various digital tools for scheduling, secure communication, and document delivery.
- Data Residency: You acknowledge that personal information provided to us may be processed by third-party cloud providers with servers located internationally, including the United States. While strictly protected, data stored outside Canada may be subject to the laws of that jurisdiction.
- Sensitive Data: We aim to minimize risk by collecting sensitive health or financial details via secure channels rather than standard web forms whenever possible.
Artificial Intelligence (AI) Disclosure
We embrace technology to enhance our value to you.
- Usage: We utilize AI tools for efficiency in tasks such as meeting documentation, data analysis, image generation, and content drafting.
- Human Oversight: We review, verify, and approve all AI-assisted output to ensure accuracy and professional standards.
- Privacy: Your personally identifiable data is not used to train public AI models.
